Registration

No, but we would love for you to become a member! You could join our professional association and also take advantage of the discounted conference pricing and enjoy the membership benefits of our professional association for an entire year. Join here.

No, only national members can receive member pricing.

Yes, if you are a member, other members from your church can attend at the member price. When they login to register, the site will recognize that your church has at least one member.

FastTracks are one-day intensive seminars. They are held on Tuesday, July 9th, from 8:30-3:30, before the evening launch event. There are several FastTracks to choose from – Leadership, Executive Pastor, Facilities, Human Resources, and Accounting. Individuals may attend these seminars with a one-day registration of $429 for members, $629 for non-members (lunch, conference launch, evening meal and tradeshow access included) or as an add on to a full conference registration for just $149. One-day registrations include the general session or FastTrack, workshops, access to the trade show, and a meal for that day only.

Registration fees include admission to the trade show and opening event, access to all general and workshop sessions, and tickets to one meal per day. Meals included are are dinner Tuesday night, lunches Wednesday and Thursday, and breakfast on Friday.

Some things you'll need to plan for outside your registration are breakfast each day and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday. You may want to consider some of the denominational events and special events that are available at an additional cost.

No, but you are welcomed to post a note in the TCN Church Work App to sell the meal tickets to people who might be one-day registrants or need tickets for family.

Yes, we have rooms within our room block, and your pastor/guests can take advantage of our discounted conference rate.

It is not required, but more convenient for you and greatly appreciated by TCN. These hotels have been selected because of their convenient location and the amenities they offer us at a special discounted rate. First Timers

There is a First-timers Orientation scheduled for Tuesday, July 9, at 4:00 p.m. If you are a first-timer, this is a fun, must-attend event! Meet The Church Network board of directors and get primed for a great conference ahead.

 

Spouses and Family

No, meals are an additional cost indicated on the registration form. Be sure to provide your spouse’s name on the registration form, so he/she will receive a name badge.

Yes, there will be a Spouse and Family Activities Orientation on Wednesday, July 10, at 10:30 am. Door prizes will be awarded. Learn about what to do in the area. Please note: If your spouse/children are coming with you to the conference and want to accompany you in the exhibit hall, they will need a name badge, so please make sure you include them on your registration form.

Extra tickets must be purchased before June 14th. Your registration includes one set of meal tickets (indicated by asterisk on order form) for you; however, you will need to purchase extra tickets for the meals/events for your guests, if they plan to attend. Extra tickets can be purchased when you register, or by contacting Tammy Mirau at tammy@thechurchnetwork.com if you have already registered.
Meal Tickets must be purchased before June 14th (see Registration Form), in order for TCN to give accurate meal counts to the convention center.

 

Workshops

You can sign up for workshops when you register Online. If you have already registered, there is a paper workshop selection sheet you can email to tammy@thechurchnetwork.com.

 

Special Event

We are headed to the Ark Encounter! This year all attendees are invited to purchase tickets for the special event on Friday, July 12th. We will be going to the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, KY. This special ticket also includes a meal voucher for the onsite restaurant, Emzara’s Kitchen, while we are there, We also encourage you to ride the bus with us, so be sure to get that ticket as well. The bus will drop you off right at the gate, and you will avoid traffic and parking fees at the Ark Encounter
Additionally, Wednesday evening July 10, is free for exhibitors to host events and for attendees to plan their own Lexington activities. Thursday evening, July 11, is the date when denominational groups will be hosting events.

 

Cancellation

Prior to May 10th, there is a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel between May 11th and June 11th there is a $200 cancellation fee. After June 11th, there is no refund. You can do a one-time transfer to the 2025 conference if you prefer with a $100 transfer fee. After June 14, 2024, the transferred amount will be reduced by the cost of the meals/events plus the transfer fee.

Certification Ceremony

The certification ceremony will take place on Wednesday morning, July 10, during the general session. CCA candidates should arrive in the General Session meeting space no later than 8:00 am for rehearsal.

 

Conference City

While denominational groups are planning their events for Thursday night, both Wednesday and Thursday are open for sightseeing.

The average high temperature for July is 86°, the average low is 66°, and the average humidity is 72%, so dress accordingly. Please note: The temperature in the convention center may be cool, so we suggest you always bring a jacket or sweater to ensure comfort.

 

Attire

Remember: bring a sweater or jacket since the meeting rooms are often cold! Casual wear is the order of the day. Those being certified, receiving awards, or presenting on stage may want to be more dressed up; that is a personal decision.

 

Meals

No. Most breakfasts are on your own. There is a breakfast for all (cost included in registration) on Friday morning. See the schedule in the app for more information.

 

Exhibitors

Some denominational groups are holding their own dinners or special events on Thursday, so the night available to host clients is Wednesday.

One-day Trade Show passes are $200 each and include access to the Trade Show and lunch for that day as well as refreshment breaks. Does not include workshops.

Two exhibitor registrations come with each booth registration. There is $200 registration charge for each additional person who will be in the booth at any time during the trade show regardless of the number of days worked. This registration includes a name badge and lunch meal tickets for the days of the trade show.

Booth assignments will begin in March for those who have signed up to exhibit with us. Assignments are made based on the order Exhibit Contracts are received.

Yes. If your company is presenting an exhibitor workshop, the workshop speaker must be registered in your booth; you will have to pay the extra fee.
